AVP/VP, Operational Excellence and Innovation, Operations COO, Group COO - (WD74522)
Job purpose:
To manage strategic initiatives within Operations COO, collaborating with Technology and Transformation teams to enhance operational frameworks and system capabilities, leveraging AI/Generative AI to improve proactive risk management and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage strategic initiatives and change management to elevate capabilities within Operations COO functions.
- Partner with Technology and the Transformation Group to integrate advanced technologies, including AI/Generative AI, into operational frameworks and enhance system capabilities.
Champion and advise on the application of leading-edge AI/Generative AI techniques to improve proactive risk management and operational efficiency across Operations COO, fostering stakeholder buy-in.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage strategic initiatives: Develop and execute plans to improve operational processes, risk management, and efficiency, incorporating innovative solutions and managing resources effectively.
- Manage technology integration: Collaborate with Technology and Transformation teams to integrate advanced technologies (including AI/GenAI) into operational frameworks, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Drive change management: Oversee the implementation of new technologies and frameworks, including stakeholder communication, training, and impact assessment, navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Champion AI/GenAI adoption: Advocate for and advise on the use of AI/GenAI techniques, developing and delivering presentations and training to foster stakeholder buy-in and demonstrate benefits.
- Monitor and evaluate impact: Track key performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management on strategic AI/GenAI application
Requirements
- Min 8-10 years of relevant experience and strong technology background in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related quantitative field.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong innovation and strategic thinking abilities and experience.
- Proven strategic project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
