Temporary Receptionist (approximate 2-week assignment)

Location: Huitt-Zollars, Inc., 5430 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1500, Dallas TX 75240

Duration: Approximate 2 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour Depending on Experience

Description: Huitt-Zollars, Inc. is an engineering and architecture firm, and we are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Temporary Receptionist to support our front desk operations for an approximate two-week period, while current receptionist is on medical leave. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet staff and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary position covering for staff medical leave
  • No benefits
  • Must be punctual and reliable throughout the assignment
  • Training will be provided a few days before staff leave
