Department Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, curious, and detail-oriented Workday Reporting, Senior Analyst to join the People Analytics & Reporting team.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to support data-driven decision-making across HR and other business units. This role is critical to enabling MITRE’s leadership to make informed, strategic decisions that drive organizational success.
By leveraging Workday’s reporting capabilities, this individual will ensure MITRE’s HR team is equipped with accurate, actionable insights that align with enterprise goals and priorities, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
MITRE is seeking an inquisitive professional with strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of Workday’s reporting capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams.
