Job Description
The Finance Manager will be a member of PFG’s Corporate Finance – National Accounts Department. The Finance Manager will oversee roles and responsibilities associated with our National Accounts Customer Rebates, Customer Audits, & Vendor Disputes processes. This position will work cross-functionally across multiple teams including National Accounts, Contract Pricing teams, Corporate Accounting as well as multiple ERP systems. The Finance Manager will work with the appropriate personnel in resolving issues in a timely manner that impact accurate pricing, reporting, tracking, payment & reconciliation to the customer and profitability to PFG. The job requires a high level of attention to detail and work ethic as the work has a broad impact on delivering the correct price to PFG’s customers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Assist with rebate, royalty & other MDA requirements entry into the Portal Rebate system
- Standardize National Accounts customer audit tracking and processing across ERP’s
- Coordinate customer audits between pricing, customer, internal sales for review, implementation, reconciliation & payment in timely manner
- Review vendor disputes process end-to-end for improvement & standardization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PFS Accounting teams on reporting, processing & reconciliations
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient entry, analysis, reporting, and internal controls
- Assist in training new hires and ongoing training of existing team members.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, customers and internal sales personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting & reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation exists for all agreements.
- Determine the origin of discrepancies and work with other business units in the communication and resolution.
- Prepare various ad-hoc reporting for use by cross-functional teams, customers and internal sales personnel within PFG.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Adapt to frequent changes in processes and workload.
- Collaborate to develop efficiencies within the department.
- Develop and document standardized procedures
- Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 5+ years of recent business experience in an analytical or managerial role supporting multiple business partners.
- Demonstrated experience in data driven analysis including proficiency in large datasets
- Ability to learn new systems and processes with basic training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and be accountable for issue resolution.
- Ability to prepare accurate, complete, and easily understood reports.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Self-motivated with great initiative and ability to work independently & in a team environment.
- Must present a highly professional image and attitude.
