About the opportunity

Dayforce is seeking a results-driven Partner Alliance Manager – Community Ecosystem to manage and activate relationships with strategic HR advisory firms across the Americas. This role is focused on leveraging those relationships to influence sales opportunities, generate partner-sourced pipeline, and strengthen Dayforce’s presence in competitive deals.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Community Ecosystem – Americas, this individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Field Alliance Directors to align partner influence with Dayforce’s go-to-market priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, a sales-first mindset, and experience working within complex partner ecosystems.

What you’ll get to do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic HR advisory partners to influence new business opportunities and support sales cycles
  • Drive alignment between Dayforce Sales teams and advisory firms to identify shared opportunities and accelerate deals
  • Develop joint activity plans that include referrals, influence plays, and executive alignment to expand partner impact
  • Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Field Alliance Directors and Sales leadership to ensure partner involvement in key accounts
  • Enable partners with Dayforce messaging, content, and resources to strengthen their advisory recommendations
  • Coordinate co-branded events, thought leadership, and field engagement opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner communications and operational support
  • Support partner tiering, performance reviews, and ongoing governance efforts

Skills and experience we value

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, HCM, or HR technology
  • Proven track record of working with advisory firms, influencers, or consultants to drive pipeline and sales outcomes
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust at multiple levels
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and how third-party advisors influence customer decision-making
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM or PRM systems to track partner activities and results
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
