Job Tittle: Manager-CSI (Service Management)

LOCATION: Hartford, CT

• Should have minimum 10+ years of Exp in Service Management & Project Management
• Good in Tracking SLA & KPI
• Should have atleast 7+ years of exp in Customer facing roles in past
• Must have Good exposure on ITSM tool & process
• Capable to handle the large Teams
• Excellent in communication skill
• Should be able to drive the large project and work with multiple team
• Should have good knowledge on Problem & Change management
• Preferred to have certification in any Project Management & Mainframe technology.

Required skills:

ITSM, Project Management, Team Management, CMDB.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
