This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. Candidates who are placed in this role understand and agree that they will convey to SAM when the separation occurs.

Job Overview

The Sr. IT Analyst will focus on analyzing customer needs and designing a world-class customer portal that provides an exceptional user experience and meets the diverse requirements of our clientele. Additionally , this role involves analyzing current CSR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements. Design a world-class customer portal that enhances user experience and meets customer needs.
• Continuously improve the customer portal based on feedback and technological advancements.
• Provide technical support and training to CSR teams on newly implemented technologies.
• Change Management: Continue to onboard customers to eCom and portal platforms.
• Analyze existing CSR processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Design and develop AI and IT solutions to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI and Customer portal. Experience with designing Chatbot highly desired.
• Proven experience in automating business processes and implementing IT solutions.
• Experience in analyzing customer needs and designing user-centric solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with customer service systems and tools.
• Project management experience
