Job Title: Global Project Manager -Healthcare

Overview

A cutting-edge healthcare and diagnostics organization is seeking a Global Project Manager to help drive innovation in personalized medicine. The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or possess an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. They should have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, product development, or a closely related field. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe, which demonstrate formal training and proficiency in modern project management methodologies. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project timelines, assign resources, and ensure progress is tracked against deliverables.
• Monitor project status and manage risks, scope, and financials.
• Support lifecycle team and portfolio committees with up-to-date project information.
• Facilitate project milestone reviews and prepare executive-level summaries.
• Maintain and update integrated project plans using PPM tools like MS Project, Planisware, or Smartsheet.
• Identify roadblocks, analyze scenarios, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements:

• BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Project Management-specific training and/or certification such as PMP, Agile, Scrum Master or SAFe preferred
• 3-5 years project management, product development and/or relevant experience
• Skilled in project tools such as MS Project, Planisware, and Smartsheet
• Experience with FDA-regulated projects and Companion Diagnostics (CDx) co-development
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
