Join Our Team as a Supervisor, Imaging Services – CT

Are you a dedicated imaging professional with a passion for leadership and excellence in patient care? We’re looking for a full-time Supervisor for our CT Imaging Services team to help lead and inspire a high-performing department.

Schedule:

Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility to support other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support a team of imaging professionals, ensuring proper orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient workflow, optimal staffing, and clear communication across the department.
  • Promote a culture of recognition, empowerment, and excellence in patient experience.
  • Collaborate on departmental policies, quality assurance initiatives, and safety standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in radiology and support ongoing staff development.
  • Participate in hiring decisions and contribute to budgeting and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and timely maintenance of imaging equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior CT experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in radiologic technology preferred.

4 years of imaging experience required.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Previous CT Tech experience is preferred

Effective analytical ability and interpersonal skills.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Graduate from an ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB Accredited School.

CPR or BLS Required

CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

If working in a NY facility, you must have received certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and be Licensed through the New York State Department of Health.

  • ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
