Pay rate is 16.00-17.00/hour depending on experience. Assistant Supervisor will work from Wed-Sun at 1pm-10pm and 11am-8pm on weekends (must be available on weekends).

Two years' experience in a similar environment and personnel supervision is desired. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic Computer skills preferred such as excel, word and Email (Microsoft Office). Must have written and oral communication skills. To effectively plan & coordinate any follow-up as well floor care work. To ensure work shifts are properly scheduled as to cover all aspects of the specification as per contract. To ensure that payroll is completed and relayed to head office in a timely manner. Ensure Team Members have adequate resources to maintain standards on site as per site specification. To carry out regular monthly performance audits & inspections reviews with team members, within their area of responsibility. To maintain all records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment. To provides leadership, support, coordination, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met. Secure and assure that all equipment is maintained and in working order. Makes sure facility has sufficient janitorial supplies. Training new hires, handling quality control and in-servicing staff is an essential part of the supervisor responsibility and includes touring building several times per month to assess work quality using current software for documentation purposes. Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures for safety. Ability to handle mixing of chemicals while being safe with the proper tools. Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
