The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding organizational skills to assist our Global Operations group with cross-functional workstream support, routine reporting and documentation, meeting logistics coordination, and special project execution. In this role, the Global Operations Senior Associate will primarily be focused on coordination and support across multiple operational workstreams to support global operation internal projects and business initiatives.

The Global Operations Senior Associate will be a member of the Global Operations team and will report to the Global Expansion Lead.

Compensation and Benefits

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired, the expected salary range for this role is $96,900 to $142,100; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or coursework in marketing, communications or a related field;
• 3-5 years' previous project management experience preferred;
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); formulas and pivot tables preferred
• Serve as a utility team member, flexibly filling in operational gaps and assisting with cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple project team timelines, deliverables, and milestones;
• Self-motivated, results oriented, detail oriented, and proactive;
• Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills;
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels;
• Strong work ethic;
• Functions autonomously
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines; managing confidential information in a reliable manner
