Elekta is seeking a Lead Product Specialist responsible for providing expert technical support for products in the field, investigating escalated issues, and ensuring timely problem resolution either remotely or through onsite visits.
What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Lead Product Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Engineering (R&D) experts and cross-functional teams to minimize customer impact and ensure timely resolution.
As a Product Specialist, you will work with world-leading radiotherapy technology in a clinical environment, making this a challenging yet fulfilling role. Your contributions will enhance the technical support capabilities of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. With a strong focus on customer service, user safety, and system uptime, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week.
