Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator - NSG-Scheduling - Part-Time, Evenings - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, will utilize the automated nurse staffing office system. Gather, interpret and input information to develop reports and monitor staffing data. Serves as receptionist, maintains files, and uses discretion and judgement when screening visitors and telephone calls. Organizes work load to meet established priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Ability to read and write at a level normally acquired through completion of high school.
Business background with strong technical abilities, knowledge of use of standard office equipment, such as photocopy machines and computers at a level normally acquired through completion of Business School or related job experience.
Requires approximately three to six months on the job experience in order to gain understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
Requires analytical skills necessary to maintain and retrieve data and organize work load according to established priorities.
Requires interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with hospital personnel, medical staff, and patients or family.
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail to complete required services in accordance with established schedules and deadlines.
