Position Summary:

Responsible for being proficient in all Supply Tech tasks. Taking inventory of carts and filling. Monitoring a wide variety of general and inventory supplies for expiration dates. Responsible for perpetual inventory integrity and routine cycle counts. Stock shelves with incoming inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using the ERP system to complete various inventory functions throughout the day.
• Down stocking to fill up empty bins.
• Restocking Inventory supply carts
• Conduct quarterly cycle counts
• Maintain the inventory on-hand integrity
• Assist with putting stock away whether it is newly received or returned unused from other areas
• Manage supplies on carts with appropriate products and quantities
• Monitor product expiration dates and take appropriate remediation.
• Run daily stock replenishment and take appropriate actions.
• Work as a team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize assignments.
• Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits

Required Qualifications:

Education and Training:

High School graduate or Equivalent. PC operations with knowledge or Microsoft office. Previous Hospital Experience preferred. Knowledge of Workday computer program a plus.

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
