Job Overview:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, EMEA, entails owning the P&L for the EMEA business (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and leading the way for integration of new businesses within the segment through workplan design, cross-function collaboration, technical foresight, and strategic decision-making. They should identify opportunities in the business and work with internal and external stakeholders to materialize solutions. In addition, the position works with other functions within the organization, including the Global Finance, Global Tax and Accounting teams, EMEA Corporate Development, Profitability, Field teams, and Franchise Partners. The FP&A Manager reports directly to the Director, FP&A, International. This role is based out of Lucerne.

Your roles & responsibilities:

• Own and monitor EMEA P&L to provide visibility and insights to the EMEA leadership team and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead the development of the budget through a partnership with the EMEA Marketing and Development teams, on an annual basis, full-year forecast, as well as monthly & quarterly.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior year performance, delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with Global Finance and Development teams, Global Tax and Accounting teams, EMEA Development, Profitability, Field teams and Franchisee Partners to align financial objectives with overall company goals.
• Lead financial and business system integration projects independently.
• Evaluate and provide financial modeling support for regional commercial deals, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business faculty.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Investment Banking, Accounting or Audit will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, previous experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI and SAP Hana will be an asset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any additional language will be an advantage.
• Ability to develop financial models and consolidate financial statements. Understanding US GAAP is an advantage.
• Openness for full on-site working model (Mon-Fri in the office).
• Strong understanding of financial and business processes and controls.
• Comfortable with communicating with senior management and cross-functional leads.
