• Proactively monitor the team’s backlog to guarantee a steady flow of work ready for execution.
• Identify bottlenecks, wait times, and impediments early, taking ownership of their resolution with a strong focus on driving results.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies as well as SAFe PI Planning sessions.
• Take ownership of the team’s delivery commitments and progress reporting, actively monitoring alignment with goals and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Monitor and analyze team velocity and quality metrics, facilitating retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.

Background and Skill

Required:

• 5+ experience as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, team lead, or team coaching responsibilities.

Preferred:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)/ Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)
• Experience in the retail industry, electronic payment systems, and/or Point-Of-Sale systems
• Experience with modern CI/CD systems and code flow
• Experience with application instrumentation (i.e. Prometheus).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (i.e Terraform)
