Product Manager (Subscription product)

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our premium subscription service, AirHelp+. You’ll take ownership of the product roadmap, define user needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our subscribers. You’ll be a key player in enhancing the AirHelp+ offering, ensuring its continued success and expansion.

What you'll do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and drive the AirHelp+ product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.

User Research & Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and insights to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate product concepts and features.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and deliver product features and enhancements.
  • Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories and manage the product backlog, prioritizing development tasks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and legal teams to ensure product alignment and success.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Use data to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results.

AirHelp+ specific tasks:

  • Constantly improve the value proposition of the AirHelp+ subscription.
  • Find ways to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and work on the expansion of AirHelp+ benefits.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or an equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with customer retention and churn reduction strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Airline travel industry knowledge is a plus.
