Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the strategic direction and innovation of our on-demand manufacturing marketplace. In this executive role, you will oversee the vision, development, and execution of Xometry’s product suite, delivering transformative solutions for customers and manufacturing partners. You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, operations, and sales, and leverage data-driven insights to align product strategy with evolving market and technology trends.

Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership: Define and drive the overarching product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure Xometry remains at the cutting edge of the digital manufacturing industry.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across the business—engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer success—to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Ensure the team is aligned on key goals and priorities.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and needs, translating these insights into high-impact product features and improvements.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions.
• Innovation & Growth: Foster a culture of continuous innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and trends to enhance Xometry’s product offerings.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse and high-performing product management team, setting clear goals and creating an environment for ongoing learning and growth.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and customer feedback to make strategic, informed decisions that deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in ecommerce (B2B or B2C) ideally with exposure to complex products, on-demand manufacturing, or large technology companies
• Track record of building and scaling successful products from concept to market, ideally in eCommerce
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
• Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing product budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to optimize performance and growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
