As an Armed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and sensitive information. Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
- Monitor and control entry and exit points to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare comprehensive reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to all personnel and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must possess and a current Secret Clearance.
- Must hold a valid Armed Guard License through the state of Alabama.
- One year of prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform the duties required, including standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify and address potential security risks.
