About the Role
协助完成公司营销员渠道的各类业务推动工作。
作为公司业务发展的重要推动者，您需要：
1. 配合主管完成公司营销员渠道的各类业务奖励竞赛及业务会务活动。
1) 各类大型活动的具体实施工作（年度杰出荣誉颁奖典礼、业务启动大会）；
2) 各类业务竞赛推动（推动各类业务竞赛）；
3) 产品及各类主题的客户说明会的组织、举办；
4) 各类营销员渠道推动竞赛奖品的制作及发放；
5) 荣誉体系奖品及时制作并发放；
6) 对竞赛奖励及业务活动的跟踪，收集一线内外勤反馈及建议，在后续加以改进。
2. 合理管理控制各类活动竞赛预算：有效控制成本，确保各类业务活动举办控制在预算内，完成各类预算及费用统计报告。
3. 根据部门指引，完成各项工作：
1) 及时完成奖品发放；
2) 配合完成旅游竞赛及会务活动。
我们希望您具备以下特质：
1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先，3年及以上相关经验。（寿险行业活动策划经验优先）
2. 较强的学习力，组织力，规划力和影响力 具有创新思维，优秀的活动组织、现场掌握能力，解决问题、决断能力，良好的沟通及表达能力。
3. 具有一定的主持经验，具有一定的业务推动能力。
