Facilities Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift | $40.68/hr | Cleveland, OH (Temp-to-Perm)

We’re hiring an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to take ownership of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in a fast-paced commercial environment. This 2nd shift role (Wednesday–Sunday, 2PM–10PM) is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, system-savvy, and ready to grow with a leading operation.

What You’ll Be Handling:

  • Operate, maintain, and repair facility systems: HVAC, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, boilers, and hot water systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical infrastructure including UPS, PDU, ATS, STS, and switchgear
  • Perform inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on all building equipment
  • Monitor and adjust system performance using building automation controls
  • Manage vendor maintenance and ensure work meets standards
  • Maintain safe, clean work areas in accordance with OSHA and company policies

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in commercial facilities maintenance
  • Proficiency in one core trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Ops) with skills in others
  • Ability to read blueprints and diagnose system malfunctions independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification required (Universal preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED; trade school is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety, documentation, and teamwork

Pay Details: $40.68 per hour
