W2 Pay $20-30/hr based on experience

Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)

As the face of the office, this role is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing front desk operations. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate meetings, handle appointment scheduling, and support four advisors with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and database management. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, quick to respond, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The role is fully onsite in Braintree, with opportunities for long-term growth and conversion.

Top Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple advisors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Redtail CRM and mail merges is a plus
  • Professional, upbeat demeanor with the resilience to work with strong personalities
  • Background in wealth management is a plus
