Job Description:
The Role:
Machine Operator at Yonezawa site in Japan as part of manufacturing team in APS Operation.
This position will be responsible for manufacturing process.
What you will do:
- Operate manufacturing equipment to perform all manufacturing process steps based on the production order.
- Perform In Process and final inspection of products ensuring in process control and product quality.
- Maintain process records and other relevant documentation. Enter necessary values and comments into SPA.
What we seek:
- High school diploma required
- Previous manufacturing experience in similar types of industries preferred.
- Good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cooperate and collaborate with other team members.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs.
Outstanding candidates will have :
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to perform manufacturing processes and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges and proactively seek solutions.
