Job description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read blueprints, as well as proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

• Must be open to working a rotating day and night shift schedule**

Requirements:

• Must be okay with Heavy lifting upto 50lbs.
• 3+ years' experience as a machine operator / with set up experience

Duties

• Operate and monitor heavy machinery
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and improvements.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
