The primary responsibility will be supporting the successful integration and transition of acquired CPA offices into our Small Business - Block Advisors organization. The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with the Chief of Small Business, Director of Small Business Operations, Market Vice President, Regional Director, District General Manager (local leadership), and the A&D Team to successfully integrate new acquired offices into Block Advisors, test different operating models, provide recommendations to improve the operating models and deliver financial results over and above acquisition business cases.
This position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills with the ability to coordinate relationships across multiple functional areas, third party providers and field leadership.
