Roll Former Operator Wanted!
Are you a skilled Roll Former Operator? We need you! As a Roll Former Operator, you'll be crucial in producing high-quality metal panels, sheets, and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and adjust roll forming machinery according to job specifications. Operate roll forming equipment to produce metal panels, sheets, or components as required.
- Quality Control: Monitor production output to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of roll forming machinery. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with company policies and regulations related to equipment operation and production processes.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening.
- Ability to read a tape measurer.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and respond well to management direction.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- Frequently exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
