Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM, some evenings or weekends as needed

Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit committed to making a measurable difference in our community. With strong roots in the region, we are seeking a strategic and energetic Executive Director to lead our dedicated team and drive the next phase of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organizing and day-to-day management of operations and programs
- Partner with the Board of Directors to execute strategic initiatives and business objectives
- Maintain strong service and funding relationships to meet or exceed organizational goals
- Report regularly on organizational performance to the Board
- Prepare accurate and timely business analyses and performance updates
- Recruit, train and mentor staff to build a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all business functions
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, regulators and community leaders
- Monitor risks and opportunities in the internal and external environment
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget
- Drive fundraising efforts and identify new funding sources
- Represent the organization at public, social and industry events
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a relevant field required
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human services or a related field strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience; nonprofit experience a plus
- Familiarity with the local community is highly valued
- SERV Safe Certification (can be obtained post-hire)
