We are looking for Distribution/Relationship Manager to join our Sales Solutions team. This role involves engagement with banking advisors networks and headquarters of our distribution network partners (Sales, Product, Fund Selection teams).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribution to new business growth and retention of existing business across distribution network
- Ongoing support of distribution network – from advisors to headquarters of our partners
- Participation in teams strategic projects and initiatives
- Bring new ideas and improvements to the way we work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's degree in business or a related field.
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in similar sales support / relationship management field
- Fluent in English – understanding written and spoken investment content delivered in English
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of financial markets, macroeconomy, mutual fund products
- Presentation Skills: excellent presentation skills of financial content and product to various groups of stakeholders with various level of knowledge
- Communication & Organization: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities with high degress of independence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be motivated and hard working, including possibility to travel often across Poland
- Curiostiy and eagerness to learn, change and adapt
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CFA, stock broker or investment advisory license is a plus
