Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Language Service Lead Development Director professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and development of our language services, ensuring high-quality support for our clients, and enhancing our service offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for language services, including interpreting and translation.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand language service offerings and increase market share.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of language service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives

Key Skills

• Ability to navigate contract negotiations

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Linguistics, or related field | Preferred

Additional Experience

• Experience in business development, preferably in language services or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proficiency in market analysis and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with language service technologies and platforms | Preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$58,000 - $72,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
