Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Language Service Lead Development Director professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and development of our language services, ensuring high-quality support for our clients, and enhancing our service offerings.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for language services, including interpreting and translation.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand language service offerings and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of language service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives

- Ability to navigate contract negotiations
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Linguistics, or related field | Preferred
Additional Experience
- Experience in business development, preferably in language services or healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Proficiency in market analysis and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with language service technologies and platforms | Preferred
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$58,000 - $72,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
