Counter Sales Summary
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Salary: $23-$25/hour
Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
This is a full-time, permanent position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and product features
- Demonstrate products, explain product features and benefit,s and solicit orders
- Ability to use CounterPoint software and input new items, pricing, and descriptions
- Contributes to a positive work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Builds lasting relationships with customers always focusing on long-term growth
- Monitors market conditions, competitor’s products, and pricing
- Keep showroom in clean condition
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computer applications
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff
- Knowledge of trailer and snow-plow parts
- Good phone skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
Pay: $50,000 – 55,000 Yearly
