Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the manufacturing engineering function for Xylem’s multi-site, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) water treatment operations. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, this role drives standardization, scalability, and process excellence across custom system design, fabrication, and assembly operations. With a deep understanding of ETO complexity, the manager ensures each facility is aligned to shared best practices while supporting local manufacturing capabilities. This leader will drive cross-site initiatives that improve quality, reduce lead times, optimize cost, and enhance safety—ensuring seamless execution of high-mix, custom water treatment projects.
