Role & Responsibilities

As a consultant in Enterprise Data & Analytics, you will enable clients to leverage the power of data & analytics efficiently and successfully throughout their enterprise, to design their data and AI strategy, to optimize their business processes, improve their operations and drive performance improvement.

As a consultant, your role includes:

• Serving as a trusted advisor, identifying use cases, leading workshops, and designing scalable solutions to accelerate client innovation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborating with clients and Capgemini advisory & technology team to design & define organizational AI/GenAI strategy.
• Conducting analyses of existing processes, policies and procedures, and suggesting improvement.
• Identifying potential data and AI use cases, and necessary elements (data, tech stack, etc.) to deliver tangible results, value and impact.
• Ensuring all solutions and strategies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Helping define a charter with ways to measure and monitor KPIs, feedback, quality, and maturity assessments.
• Developing solution concepts in architecture, data integration, analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Leading change & upskilling initiatives to accelerate adoption of selected technology, hyperscaler or platform.
• Ensuring defined data and AI strategy is developed for scalability.

Preferred Skills/Profiles/experiences

• You have solid methodological knowledge in the field of data analytics, data engineering, artificial intelligence, and cloud.
• You are fascinated by the combination of data’s technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically.
• You hold a master’s degree in business engineering, applied economics, computer science, data science, information technology or similar
• You have a thorough understanding of Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Quality and Machine Learning or AI concepts, and you have ideally a good knowledge of relevant software in the field of data management and business intelligence.
• You are familiar with using data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI or Tableau.
• You are an engaging storyteller with excellent written & oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly present technology solutions to both client stakeholders and technical teams.
• You are a proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to deliver high quality results.
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
