COMPENSATION:
$20.00 - $23.00 Hourly
Plus annual bonus based on performance
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Partner with our Property Manager to:
- Onboard top talent, including interviewing, screening, hiring and training
- Lead our office and leasing team members to ensure all sales techniques and methods are
- aligned with our best practices
- Pipeline business development opportunities with local businesses and prep promotional
- materials
- Take the lead on everything related to resident billing – including if there are any issues that
- arise with resident ledgers/billing, resolving challenging resident concerns and problems in a timely
- manner and with the utmost care
- Keep the office running smoothly - ensure all administrative supplies and equipment are ordered
- Ensure a seamless resident move-in process by having things “buttoned up” and look at all the
- details (even the smallest!) for accuracy
- Become an expert on our current rental rates, sizes and amenities of your assigned property
- Keep a close pulse on delinquent rents and other non-complaint lease violations.
- Process write-offs and evictions in a timely-manner aligned with our company policy
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Regulations Expert – You have at least 2 years experience as an on-site Manager or Assistant Manager.
You are in-the-know on all local, state and federal property regulations that impact landlords and tenants.
- Experienced Customer Service Pro - You enjoy fostering long-lasting relationships with your clients and your
team by providing an excellent customer experience.
- Accounts Specialist – You pay attention to the smallest of details and love working within Data
- Number Lover – You are familiar with reading financial performance and budget worksheets
- Naturally Inquisitive – You are always on the lookout for better solutions and have exceptional time
management skills
- Strong Communicator - you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and listen actively
- Opportunity Finder – You add value by solving for the root cause of an issue with the optimal outcome in
mind
- Extremely Reliable – You are known for being extremely reliable and accountable for your deliverables!
