Acara Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Worker for our client in Plainfield, IN.

Contract: This is a contracted position with the potential to convert after 12 months.

Pay and Benefits:

• 1st shift: $17.00 an hour (M-F 5am to 1:30pm)
• 2nd shift: $18.70 an hour (M-F 1pm to 9:30pm)

Job Description:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping products, materials, equipment and parts in the shipping department.
• This position will involve general warehouse assignment include computer use and the ability to operate a reach truck/stand up forklift.
• Work environment is clean, brightly lit, and well-organized.
• Temperature controlled facility with majority of work is done in a refrigerated environment of 40 degrees F and a freezer of 5 degrees F.

Additional Information:

• Position may require more than 40 hours per week and some Saturday shifts.
• Upon offer of employment, individual will be subject to background and drug screen.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• General warehouse experience
• Ability to have good communication skills both written and oral
• Open to be certified and use reach truck
