THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. THE AMOUNT OF TELEWORK IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

The EDD ITB is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the Contact Center Solutions Operations Group. The incumbent will be responsible for leading teams in the development and enhancement of Department's Contact Center platforms. The incumbent is responsible for the research, design, development, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of the EDD Contact Center infrastructure. The incumbent provides second level technical support for contact center technology. The incumbent must possess extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in telephony systems and Call Center applications.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change as business needs arise. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office on their assigned in-office days. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.

Position is located at EDD's headquarters office.
