About This Role
This role will be responsible for driving sales of the RIA Corporate Salary Disbursement (CSD) service. This includes onboarding new employers to use the service, as well as onboarding foreign workers and equipping them with financial inclusion tools through the RIA Prepaid Mastercard.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and target new corporate clients nationwide.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
- Research and assess market opportunities, including industry trends and competitor activity.
- Client Acquisition:
- Proactively approach HR and finance heads of corporations to pitch the CSD solution.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Lead negotiations and close new partnership agreements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build initial relationships with new corporate stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate RIA CSD’s value proposition, use cases, and benefits.
- Feedback Collection:
- Capture early feedback from new clients to inform product development and onboarding improvements.
- Relay common onboarding pain points or objections to internal teams for resolution.
- Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to new account acquisition, revenue targets, and market coverage.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing corporate clients.
- Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and end-users.
- Issue Resolution & Support:
- Identify and address client pain points promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, ops, compliance) to resolve issues or implement enhancements.
- Client Success & Retention:
- Monitor and ensure successful salary disbursement operations.
- Provide regular performance reviews and usage analytics to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Feedback Loop:
- Collect ongoing feedback on service experience, product features, and process improvements.
- Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product enhancement roadmaps.
- Training & Enablement:
- Conduct refresher sessions or training workshops for client HR/Payroll teams.
- Share best practices for efficient use of RIA CSD.

Position Requirements
- A driven and goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to meeting stakeholder needs and contributing to the company’s vision.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, with a persuasive communication style and a consistent, results-focused attitude.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared team objectives.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on weekends, if required.
- Proven experience in managing corporate clients, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to own transportation.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from (MYR7,000 to MYR10,000). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
