Job Summary
Under direct supervision, performs audits of the production line to ensure conformance to DENSO standards.
Conducts product receiving, tracking, inspection, disassembly, investigation, disposition and documentation of
returned warranty and product defect-claimed parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conducts comprehensive dimensional metrology examination for new product development to ensure
conformance to engineering drawings and quality standards. Documents all measurements for use by
engineers in product validation.
2. Performs warranty parts receiving, inspection and performance testing for warranty claim verification.
Collaborates with Warranty department to document inspection/testing results and appropriate chargeback.
3. Performs inspection of products from suppliers per AQL Sampling. Records all findings according to
established process, coordinating with others as appropriate. Uses Material Alert and Rejection Notice
systems to document product quality issues, process rejected parts, issues Rejection Notices (RN)/Work
Orders (WO) and follow-up with suppliers for countermeasures (corrective actions).
4. Performs audits of the production line to ensure conformance to established processes and DENSO
standards. Issues corrective actions reports when non-conformance is identified.
5. Collaborates with quality engineers, production, QA supervisor/manager, as well as others, on defect
investigation finding to identify root cause and implement countermeasures.
6. Responsible for keeping quality assurance lab and/or quality control area organized and efficient.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Throughout the course of the day, the employee is often required to sit; climb or
stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Depending on location, the employee may be exposed to temperature extremes varying from very hot in summer (up to 100
degrees) to very cold in winter (down to 45 degrees). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally
exposed to moving mechanical parts and material handling equipment, and is regularly exposed to dust and a moderate noise
level. A safety vest and protective shoes are required in the warehouse.

Must be willing and available to work assigned schedule to include daily overtime, weekends, or alternate shift hours as assigned
by Supervisor/Manager to reach production goals.
