CNC Mill Programmer

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. If you’re passionate about machining, thrive on solving complex challenges, and have strong knowledge with Cam works software, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys both programming at the computer and fine-tuning directly at the machine.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills using Cam works software.
• Set up and operate CNC machines with precision.
• Calculate dimensions using geometry and trigonometry.
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.

✅ Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC mill programming experience.
• 5+ years of Cam works experience.
• Proficient with Fanuc controls, Solid works, and GD&T.
• Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Experience with vertical mills and Mastercam is a plus.
• Strong understanding of G-code, CAD/CAM, and machining parameters.

• Ability to read and interpret orthographic drawings.
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
