JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform and identify market validation exercise and Identify strategic business opportunities and partnerships on Astro Business growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for client / partners engagement; building relationships with key clients / partners
  • Develop, lead and managed strategic projects such as new content business propositions for large accounts, public viewings solutions & efficiency model and engagement with key accounts and partnerships with external parties to drive new large account acquisitions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders internal Astro and across the industry to execute the strategic plans in efforts to achieve the business targets.
  • Formulate business partnership strategies and managed all strategic positioning proposals to any internal and external committees
  • Identify & managed project at a strategic & tactical level
  • Generate new business opportunities from account profiling to account mining.
  • Establish and track key success metrics of each initiatives with consistent monitoring on each key initiatives.
  • Stay updated of industry trends to support continued best practices, product / service development, competitive positioning, and future strategy / approach.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working experience in key account management & business development.
  • Take pride in building trust and professional relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills
