The team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. We obsess over providing world class support to Selling Partners selling on the Amazon platform. We strive to predict our Seller Partners’ needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our Selling Partners better serve their/our customers. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with demonstrated experience to drive and implement new product and solutions that can improve Seller Partners experience. We value candidates that are autonomous, self-motivated, effectively navigate ambiguity, insists on the highest standards from self and others, drives accountability for results, and have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Key job responsibilities

1. Partner with Global product and policy teams and CN business teams to drive improved Seller experience

2. Perform deep dives on analytical insights to identify high value actions and drive better business results

3. Identify product and policy user experience gaps and be responsible for influencing cross-functional stakeholders for continuous improvement or new opportunities by delivering key learning documents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, program management, business operation management or other related field
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills *Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a cross boarder e-commerce company and/or banking, payments, risk, and compliance related roles
