Missouri Cancer Associates is a multi-specialty practice including medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology and urology. We have 22 providers and service ten Missouri communities. Our main office is in Columbia. Through state-of-the-art medical technology, highly experienced physicians and nurse practitioners and quality patient care, Missouri Cancer Associates has become the premier Cancer Treatment Center in Mid-Missouri. In 2022, we celebrated our 40th year of taking care of patients!
We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Patient Services Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team.

SCOPE: Professionally greets and welcomes patients and their friends/family. Answers, screens, and directs all incoming calls to appropriate personnel relaying messages between patients and clinical staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology’s Shared Values.
Candidates should have an outgoing and friendly demeanor, a positive work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. We prefer applicants who have some customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person. You must always exemplify the values of our company and provide patients with the highest levels of care.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some receptionists or office experience preferred. Proficiency with computer systems and MicroSoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required.
