Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the development of manufacturing processes to ensure flawless execution of customer products. This role involves leading the deployment of processes, instructions, equipment, and tooling, while effectively communicating internal needs through analytical abilities and cross-disciplinary knowledge. The engineer will support and lead ECO and deviation management, build instruction creation, and focus on building products with quality, cost, and time considerations. Rapid problem-solving to address internal scrap, rework, cycle time issues, or external customer issues is a crucial aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification.
  • Demonstrate a clear, discipline-specific understanding of full manufacturing processes and product requirements and specifications.
  • Successfully execute responsibilities in adherence to manufacturing processes.
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation based on project needs and in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment or role
  • Experience with new product introductions to manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
