We are adding three Demand Planners to our team! In this role, you will manage the demand for the hyperscale customers within the Sales and Operations (S&OP) Demand Planning process, aligning demand, supply and financial planning for the Datacenter Business Unit within the Connectivity & Cable (CCS) Segment. These roles are on-site five days a week in our Shakopee, MN, Catawba, NC, or Claremont, NC locations.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

  • Responsible for demand planning for the assigned profit center or customer within the Datacenter business.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales,& PLM to develop an unconstrained Consensus Demand Forecast based on existing backlog, demand forecast and operational capability using the IBP tool.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings between assigned profit center Sales, PLM and appropriate Supply Planner to discuss and finalize the unconstrained Consensus Demand Forecast.
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Planning to translate unconstrained demand from the USD forecast into unit-level forecast at the required supply planning level (PC/OC/MC/MID) through the IBP tool.
  • Coordinate with Global Supply Planning to communicate between PLM and Operations on the ability to meet projects and upside demand forecasts following receipt of the Constrained Forecast.
  • For assigned profit centers/regions, work cross-functionally with Global Supply Planning and Operations to meet forecast as needed.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • One or more years of experince in planning and forecasting
  • Knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP
  • Extensive analytic experience in Excel or other software to develop and manage tool sets to enable the forecasting process.

  • SAP, IBP experience

Our salary ranges take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business requirements. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $76,000 - $90,000.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
