HARDWARE QA SPECIALIST

Spherion is seeking a Hardware Quality Assurance Specialist for a growing company in Ft. Myers, FL.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases for embedded (IoT) systems

and software applications.

Perform testing on electronics and hardware platforms, including microcontrollers, and

variety of peripherals.

Collaborate with software engineers and hardware designers to ensure seamless

integration of systems.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, providing clear and

detailed reports.

Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure quality across all product

components.

Assist in troubleshooting and debugging both software and hardware issues.

Participate in the design and implementation of testing strategies and improvements to

the testing process.

Develop and maintain testing scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve test

efficiency.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) to automate test cases and

enhance testing efficiency.

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with test case construction, execution, and documentation.

Experience in automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for testing.
