About the Role:

Join the Ashley team as a Benefits Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our company-sponsored benefit programs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between Ashley and our benefits vendors, ensuring our employees are informed, supported, and empowered when it comes to understanding and utilizing their benefits.

This role combines analytics, compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement to deliver a best-in-class benefits experience across all Ashley locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit & Analysis: Review, audit, and process all benefit-related invoices; identify and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Plan Marketing & Renewal: Partner with brokers and providers to support benefit plan renewals and marketing initiatives.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and update plan documents, educational materials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Deliver program cost analysis, claims reviews, and trend insights to leadership.
  • Education & Outreach: Conduct employee benefits education sessions across facilities and collaborate with vendors on employee outreach.
  • Orientation & Training: Develop and maintain new hire benefits orientation and train internal facilitators.
  • Audits & Projects: Conduct departmental audits and support annual projects such as Form 5500s and employee benefit statements.
  • Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize benefits processes.
  • Other Duties: Participate in team meetings, assist in training colleagues, and contribute to special projects as needed.

Who You Are:

  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for employee well-being and organizational efficiency.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects and respond professionally to sensitive situations.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or benefits administration (required)
  • Solid understanding of claims management, cost analysis, and plan documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and respond empathetically to employee concerns
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes is a plus
