Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role will provide essential support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about creating efficient hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through offer acceptance, with potential to take on full-cycle recruiting of assigned requisitions independently.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and process offer letters in collaboration with TA Manager.
  • Partner with the TA Manager to track recruiting metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Update internal processes, trackers, and intranet as needed.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Help coordinate career fairs, campus events, and recruitment-related programs as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role; previous experience with full-cycle recruiting support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $65,000-70,000

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
