Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is seeking a versatile and strategic Principal Program Manager to drive sustainability initiatives and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be an experienced program leader with the ability to set holistic strategy while executing tactical priorities. This role will be critical in aligning cross-functional teams, improving data governance, and ensuring high-quality sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across Oracle to define, implement, and optimize processes that enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Drive cross-company alignment on reporting expectations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of sustainability disclosures.
  • Collaborate with the global controllers' office to establish compliant data governance, support external audits, and substantiate disclosures.
  • Analyze sustainability-related data to identify process inefficiencies, surface insights, and accelerate goal achievement.
  • Develop and manage scalable engagement programs to train and empower employees on corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to engage with customers on sustainability inquiries, ensuring Oracle meets evolving customer expectations efficiently and effectively.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven program management experience, ideally in compliance-driven or financial reporting environments, including ESG or similar domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, ensuring effective collaboration at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly learning unfamiliar domains as assigned to frame problems, and drive execution.
  • Ability to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data and insights to prioritize and drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to engage with external stakeholders, translate customer needs into actionable strategies, and shape sustainability initiatives accordingly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead organizational change and streamline complex processes in a dynamic business environment.
  • Understanding of data governance, enterprise systems, and sustainability-related software (e.g. Persefoni, Workiva, Sphera, Watershed, Pulsora, Microsoft, SAP).
  • Knowledge of corporate voluntary and regulatory ESG reporting frameworks (GHGP, GRI, TCFD, CSRD, CDP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion cloud applications, specifically Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM), Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM Applications.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
