Summary:
- Responsible for creating high-quality videos and interactive media to support training products.
- These include, but are not limited to, interactive self-paced lessons and training modules.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of multimedia production—planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and producing engaging micro-learning and training content.
- This position provides on-site support for the JSF Training Program and its customers at Eglin AFB, FL, ensuring contract deliverables and organizational objectives are met.
- Develop and produce training videos and multimedia applications
- Plan, script, film/capture, edit, and narrate micro-learning and training videos
- Design and integrate motion graphics and still images into video products
- Maintain style guide consistency and branding across all multimedia content
- Ensure high-quality output with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Research and implement new tools or technologies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects
- Proven video production and editing experience
- Strong design skills, including still and motion graphics
- Ability to adhere to project guidelines and visual standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting military or government training programs
- Knowledge of SCORM or other e-learning standards
- Familiarity with interactive authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
