Job Summary

The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT service management processes in a hybrid work model. With a focus on operational excellence the role involves ensuring seamless service delivery and enhancing service management frameworks. The candidate will work in rotational shifts contributing to the companys mission of delivering high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize IT service management processes to ensure efficient service delivery.

Oversee the implementation of service management frameworks to enhance operational performance.

Provide technical expertise in IT service management to support business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service management practices with organizational goals.

Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation for service management processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service alignment.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Support the hybrid work model by ensuring seamless integration of remote and on-site services.

Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for IT service management operations.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve service management issues promptly.

Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality IT services that impact society positively.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in IT service management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Demonstrate expertise in implementing and optimizing service management frameworks.

Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Show proficiency in monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics.

Have a proven track record of supporting hybrid work models and rotational shifts.

Display a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Hold relevant certifications in IT service management to validate expertise.
