Salary: The budgeted salary rate for the position is $50,000 - $65,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Position Summary
The University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy is recruiting for a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pharmacy Practice in Dr. Zackery Bulman's laboratory. This position is supported by an award from NIH/NIAID.
Dr. Bulman's Laboratory focuses on antimicrobial pharmacology and the rational optimization of antibiotic regimens for the treatment of resistant bacterial pathogens. The position will provide advanced training in antimicrobial pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), bacterial resistance, infectious diseases, translational pharmacology, and dynamic infection models. Ongoing projects aim to generate precise pharmacotherapeutic approaches to combat multidrug resistant bacteria, leveraging an understanding of underlying molecular mechanisms of resistance and a comprehensive understanding of drug pharmacology. Opportunities will also be available to work collaboratively with other labs at the University of Illinois Chicago and externally.
